Non-commercial (no product sales) $700
Commercial (products for sale) $950.

Fees are non-refundable after September 15, 2026.

In addition to your booth, you’ll receive a draped table, two chairs, and one symposium registration—all designed to enhance your experience. Additional personnel must register separately.

Guidelines:

    • Ensure your offerings align with the mission of the International Wolf Center. This includes:
    • There is no direct competition with our symposium sponsors or products.
    • Exhibitors are prohibited from holding petition signings or protests inside or outside the venue and should engage with participants of varying viewpoints in a civil manner.
    • Booth personnel are limited to two people unless prior approval is granted.
    • Exhibitors may not bring food or beverages to attract customers; however, candy jars are permitted.

Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in removal from the symposium without a refund.
