Registration Fees
The 2026 International Wolf Symposium, held October 22-25, is a gathering that brings together researchers, wildlife managers, educators, and wolf enthusiasts from around the world to share the latest scientific findings, conservation strategies, management practices and educational efforts concerning wolves and their ecosystems. The symposium features presentations, workshops, and panel discussions to promote understanding, inform policy, reduce conflict and foster a broader appreciation of the role of wolves in their environment.

Symposium Registration $750
Includes 4-day Symposium and all meals.

Symposium Registration + Bus Trip $875
Includes 4-day Symposium and all meals and Wolves and Wilderness Bus Trip to International Wolf Center in Ely, Minnesota on Thursday, October 22, 2026.

Student Registration $300
Includes 4-day Symposium and all meals. To qualify as a student, you must be a full-time enrolled high school, undergraduate/graduate student. If under 18 years of age, you must be accompanied by an adult paid registrant.

Student Registration + Bus Trip $425
Includes 4-day Symposium and all meals, plus Wolves and Wilderness Bus Trip to International Wolf Center in Ely, Minnesota on Thursday, October 22, 2026. To qualify as a student, you must be a full-time enrolled high school, undergraduate/graduate student. If under 18 years of age, you must be accompanied by an adult paid registrant.
Symposium Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your registration, you must do so in writing to cwinter@wolf.org. If you cancel on or before August 7, 2026, you will receive a refund of your registration minus a $100 cancellation fee. If you cancel between August 8 and September 11, 2026, you will receive a refund equal to half of your registration fee. If you cancel after September 11, 2026, no refund will be issued.
