Richard is the Wildlife Division Senior Manager for the Colville Tribes with 28 years of experience in fish and wildlife management. Specializing in habitat restoration and species management, he is passionate about protecting and restoring native ecosystems. Richard has worked alongside a team that has successfully augmented/reintroduced numerous species to the homelands of the Colville Tribes including: Canada lynx, California Bighorn Sheep, Columbian Sharp-tailed grouse, Pronghorn, Bison, while proactively managing thriving populations of ungulates, forest carnivores, amphibians, and waterfowl.
